I will pre-warn you and acknowledge I'm new to blogging so please do bear with me.
I only wanted to write a tiny introductory bit this week and also to congratulate myself, together with my fellow fitness enthusiasts for not giving up!! The four - six week interval is the period where, if you are likely to stop working out.... So I am told.
Can I really do it? Can it be too challenging? What if I do not have sufficient foundational knowledge? Will I run out of steam? Wow - there are several questions but using a little bit of luck, I hope you're starting to obtain a few answers to these sorts of questions, just like I am.
